I share my August 24 birthday with Jorge Luis Borges, whose work I am teaching today in class.

Robert dijo...: Happy birthday! You share the date with my grandfather as well. My father and I were born on the 25th. Three generations of men clustered around two days. Borges is probably one of the great Spanish-language poets I know least about. Perhaps as a small gift to a fellow Virgo you could make a brief post explaining what is so great about him and his work.; 2:25 p.m.
